2 weekends ago, we (finally) visited the Finders Keepers Market held in Carriageworks in Australian Technology Park. It’s a bit embarrassing to admit that I haven’t been to this place during my 5 years stay in Sydney and it reminded me a lot of Biennale. Beautiful rustic industrial building hosting multiple art exhibitions with great use of space and a touch of modern vibe. Not to mention it’s super close to the city (2 train stops), can’t believe that I have never been to this place…Even Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week held here last weekend! Shame on me! Sp please go visit Carriageworks to see what’s next, they have so many interesting events up and coming.
Back to Finder Keepers! This 3 days markets have invited many handmade craft lovers, organic food makers to showcase and promote their babies just like an physical Esty market! It was truly a dilemma to me because I might end up spending too much money since we haven’t purchased anything for the upcoming nursery yet. (But I still spent fairly bit money…Well, our kitchen just finished the reno and I have to give it some love by putting a couple of interesting stuffs in it.)
I didn’t take too many photos of the participated vendors because I think it’s pretty much a spoiler but you can go to their website to check out who is in the line up. If you missed it, oops, there’s still next year. They also take place in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, so if you have a chance, why not pop in to see what’s craft lovers digging at the moment?
As a bonus, also attached a couple of pregnant me below and hope you don’t mind 😉
Stay finding(?!)

No kidding, there were tons of these kind of corners while we were in Venice. Love the conflicts between old and new.
It’s really hard to dress the bump! But sometimes I really hate the maternity dress I bought, it’s just easier to get one size up shift dress to cover second trimester.
I got too much hair, it’s really hard to keep that bun on the top….The other thing is I only wanted to emphasise my bump but it looked like I really need to go to bathroom…
Gives it a more nostalgic anbience.
Old plane, old ship or old train? It’s a very good question, isn’t it?
As I mentioned, this place is mixed with old and new stuffs, and voila…
Because he walks friggin fast
Love the exit led to Carriagework directly with just one minutes work. Super easy to find as well, just follow the crowd….hahah

I like the way they put the food trucks outdoor and there are quite a few seats for every one, or just do what most Australians love- picnicking on the grass.
We don’t eat sausages often, because we tried to avoid processed food. But on the sign it says everything ORGANIC, so we fell for it and you know what?! It really hit the spot!!
Yes, I confessed!!!
I swear to god when I saw the original (which I won’t show you or I have to kill you) pic of myself zoning out with dark circles and spots on my face, I nearly had a heart attack. I think every one around me is too kind to me, or I am just simply lazy, I looked so tired!! Need to start looking into o=some yummy mummy’s instagram….
But our apartment wall is too fragile..
