I am based in Sydney, but also travel worldwide.
My aim is to be in the moment and capture love stories artfully and intentionally. Preserving emotions & focusing on the mood and feel.
You can check out more about my why here.
A couple of weeks ago I suddenly experienced calf muscle cramps at the middle of night, assumed it’s a sign that my daily calcium intake is not catching up with baby’s appetite(?!). So I looked up internet to look for natural food contains higher calcium and found out black sesame has amazing nutritions for both beauty and health!
I am always a big fan of black sesame, this is something that you can easily find in Japanese restaurants, especially in lots type of Asian confectioneries. By saying that, they actually believe that having good consumption of black sesame daily can preserve the youth and keep the hair strong, shiny and DARK. Not sure if you are blonde, will it still be the same case. (Laugh)
Long story short, I don’t mind if this myth/ traditional saying is true or not, as long as I got my calcium intake boosts up and they are really easy enough to suit a busy preggo’s life. However, I wouldn’t say it’s completely guilt free because it’s called energy balls…Don’t fall in the trap…
Anyways, If you are craving some sweets but tired of those high sugar content bikkies, why not try this simple yet healthy energy balls today?
Stay energise
