Are you looking for wedding inspiration that combines boho vibes, glamourous looks, and editorial flair? Look no further than this stunning Sydney wedding of Gabrielle and Murray that I had the privilege of capturing.
So where do I Start? ! Let’s start with the first time when I met them for a Zoom chat. Gabrielle and Murray are that kinda people that will make you laughed so hard and wowed so loud with the way they interact with each other. They were exactly like what they said in their speeches that they can share with each other anything and never felt bored with each other. I believe that’s why there’re so many unbelievably romantic in-between moments showing (off) in their gallery!
Now, let’s talk about the venue. From the moment I set foot in this beautiful place, we knew we were in for a treat. This space was filled with beautiful details and classic French country decor, but also some luxurious elements.
Gabrielle looked like a dream in her French style lace gown, with delicate scalloped tail cascading down her back. Her makeup was fresh and dewy, with just a hint of boldness to make her eyes pop. Not to mention her French braid up-do, looking so elegant and refreshing. The textures from the braids were to scream for, they looked so divine all the way from getting ready to end of the reception. How’s that even possible?!
The couple exchanged heartfelt vows under a stunning archway adorned with flowers and greenery, and there’s nothing can beat the joys on the faces of the couple when they exited the aisle hand in hand together! Following the ceremony, beautiful Gabby and Murray had prepared the champagne tower to kick off the celebration. I have to admit that champagne(tower) is always a good idea on your wedding day. The looked stunning, fully of joys and excitements, and again, STUNNING! Also, make sure you pop a bottle of champagne for a GIF! It’s fun and you will probably get your favourite photos from popping a champs and laughing hard. I don’t usually have a “go-to” poses as I love to create magic with my lovely couples, but I do ask them if they would like to sneak out with a bottle of champagne when we go do the portraits……..You’re welcome! 😉
The reception was no less gorgeous, with soft fairy lights creating a dreamy atmosphere that felt like it was straight out of a fairytale. The couple shared their first dance surrounded by loved ones, with the entire space filled with love and joy.
As a visual storyteller, I tend to capture not just the beautiful details of a wedding, but the emotions and moments that make each couple’s love story unique. This boho luxe inspired Sydney wedding certainly gave me plenty of opportunities to do just that.
Hope this post has inspired you when planning your own special day. Whether you’re drawn to boho details, glamorous touches, or luxurious elements, trust that the right combination can create a wedding that is truly unforgettable.
